Overview:

The Operations and Facilities Director oversees the physical functionality and safety of a large school district. This encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including:  managing maintenance, transportation, construction, and renovation projects; ensuring the safety and security of all buildings and grounds; overseeing custodial and groundskeeping staff; overseeing food service staff; optimizing resource allocation for operational efficiency; implementing sustainable practices; and complying with all relevant regulations. The Director plays a crucial role in fostering a positive and productive learning environment for students, faculty, and staff by maintaining well-maintained, safe, and efficient facilities.

 

Compensation: $117,068 - $127,965 DOE, benefits eligible, exempt, 1.0 FTE.  

 

Calendar:  260 work days + 9 holidays + 6 personal
